The Base/Option modal window displays the associations between base and option lines and opens upon clicking the Base/Option button.
There are several fields on the modal window.

The line indicator value of associated option (or base) line. |

The period of performance start date for the option (or base) line. |

The subline number of associated option (or base) line. |
