How to Collapse a Group Box, Section, or Item Collection

The steps for this task are the same when using Global Extensibility () with the exception of accessing the Configuration mode.

The Set Collapsed option sets the default view of a group box, section, or item collection to be closed upon entry to the selected screen. It is used to close off the areas not frequently needed or used by the end user but which should still be available if needed.

Click on the [User Extensibility] button for the object to be collapsed

Click on the Set Collapsed option

Now the object, the Help group box, will be collapsed whenever the user accesses the screen.
