VSS supports the ability to receive Announcement (QN) documents that have been processed in Momentum via the announcements search page and record detail in VSS. The VSS announcement record also supports the ability to display attachments received from Momentum, and the ability to send and receive correspondence.
Registered users may choose to receive email notifications for new announcements for all announcements posted, or based on several vendor profile fields, or not at all. They may also choose to receive notices for announcements that are corrected after being posted, by clicking a "Subscribing to Notifications" button on the announcement record. Users have the option to unsubscribe to notifications if they wish to stop receiving them.
