Vendor Self Service (VSS) provides users access to the SAM.gov Contract Opportunities, IPAC, and Pay.gov web sites from any page in VSS, by providing a link that will direct them to the web site. The External Applications page may also be configured by the agency to provide additional links to external web sites through extensibility. These links are generally available to most agencies:
SAM.gov Contract Opportunities SAM.gov Contract Opportunities is the single point-of-entry for federal government procurement opportunities more than $25,000.
Pay.gov Pay.gov can be used to make secure electronic payments to Federal Government Agencies.
IPAC Intra-Governmental Payment and Collection System used by Federal Government Agencies.
