Award/Order Search

The Award/Order Search allows users and non-users to view awards and orders. The page captures the general information and issuing office information.

The Award/Order Search can be accessed using the following path from the desktop:

Electronic Invoicing>Create Referenced Invoice>Award/Order Search

or

Procurement>Award/Order Search

or

VSS Home Page>Procurement>Award/Order Search

The Award/Order Search contains several types of information. It contains the following buttons, pages, and tabs (click each tab for more information): (* indicates a required field)

There are several buttons on the query. Some buttons will not be active if a record is not selected.

Summary

The search provides two helpful capabilities:

  1. View as CSV - VSS users will have the ability to view search results in CSV so they can copy their search results externally to their computer for further research.

  2. Sort Provides the ability for VSS users to sort search results based on multiple columns and ability to arrange in sequence.

Displays the detailed information for the selected award or order. This screen is accessed by selecting an award or order from the search summary and clicking [View].
