The Messages query allows users to search for and view messages.
If accessed through the Vendor menu, the messages query returns a listing of all messages.
If accessed through the Billing menu, the user is first prompted to enter the billing document number, the Messages query only returns messages associated with the specific billing document number previously entered.
The Messages query can be accessed using the following paths from the desktop:
Vendor>Messages
or
Billing>Messages
The Messages query provides several types of information. It contains the following buttons, sections, and fields (click each tab for more information): (* indicates a required field)
