Searching for Bills (Viewing)

VSS allows registered users to search for and view bills. Users can view the bills posted to their vendor(s). Additionally, referencing collections may be viewed via the cash receipt.

To search for bills:

  1. From the VSS Home page, click the Billing menu.

  2. Select Bill Search.

  1. Enter the desired search criteria.

  2. Click the [Search] button.

  3. Upon retrieving the search results from the query, the system sums and displays the amount totals for the returned results.  The totals display for all amount fields regardless of currency and are calculated across all search results even if multiple pages.

If search results contain multiple currencies, the totals will not be calculated.

  1. Select the item to view and click the [View] button to review the bill.

  2. Click the [Account Summary] button to view the Account Summary balances at the customer account (i.e., vendor address code or vendor registration number) level.
