The View Users screen provides to authorized users the ability to view and edit VSS users.
The View Users screen can be accessed using the following path from the desktop:
Vendor>View Users
The View Users screen contains several types of information. The screen contains the following buttons, tabs, and fields (click each tab for more information):
There are several buttons in the View Users screen. Some buttons will not be active if a record is not selected.

The summary provides two helpful capabilities:
View as CSV - VSS users will have the ability to view search results in CSV so they can copy their search results externally to their computer for further research.
Sort Provides the ability for VSS users to sort summary results based on multiple columns and ability to arrange in sequence.

Displays the associations of the vendor. Associations may be added, deleted, and modified by an authorized user from this screen.

Sign by Personal Certificate (CAC/PIV) |
Enables the user to sign the form/document using a personal certificate such as a common access card (CAC) or a personal identity verification (PIV) card. When the agency's VSS instance is configured to authenticate using OIDC/Login.gov, the "Sign by Personal Certificate" flag will not be displayed. |
Sign with Login.gov |
Indicates whether or not the user's task signing activity will be authenticated with Login.gov. When the agency's VSS instance is configured to authenticate using OIDC/Login.gov, "Sign with Login.gov" must be set to True. The flag will not be available when the VSS instance is not set to authenticate with OIDC/Login.gov. |
